- 1 dragon fruits (cubed)

- 1 lemon

- ½ teaspoon lemon zest

- Sugar (as needed)

- Water

- Chopping board

- Measuring spoon

- Blender

Procedure:

Take the dragon fruit and the knife. Cut the dragon fruit into 2 pieces. Now, take a spoon and scoop the fruit pulp strongly. Collect the pulp and place it in a bowl. After collecting all the pulp, transfer the pulp into the blender. Now, add sugar and lemon juice and zest. Then add water as you need. Please remember to add sugar to maintain the taste in case if you add more water. Finally, blend the mixture properly and the dragon fruit juice is ready to serve.

Please note that, you can use honey instead of sugar. It will give you healthier juice. You can also use a small piece of ginger for an extra punch. Additionally, you can add ice cube before serving, but I recommend you to keep the fruit refrigerated until use.

- Juice from ½ a lime

Take the dragon fruit pulp and banana and cut them into small pieces. Remember to use a frozen banana and dragon fruit. Place them in a bowl. Now, get other ingredients ready. Please note that, you can leave the orange juice out. Just add a little more water. But it’ll produce less-sweet juice. If you prefer less-sweet juice then you can skip orange juice. You can also modify this smoothie as you want. You may add hemp hearts for extra protein or a spoon of almond butter for additional fiber and fat. And if you don’t like the taste of banana then you may leave that out too. You can use 2-3 Medjool dates for similar sweetness. This will provide you the same sweetness without the banana.
